How do i Change Title ?

1.Log in to your Blogspot Dashboard.
2.Then navigate to Design > Edit HTML.
3.Then Search (Ctrl+F) for this:

<title><data:blog.pagetitle/></title>

4.Replace the above tag with this

<title>YOUR HOME PAGE TITLE</title>

5.Then save your template and then view it ! You'll find your new title in your blog's homepage !
